	Alternate access to your e-mail, via the webmail system

Solution Sometimes, either due to domain name issues, DNS issues, or other related issues, you are prevented from reaching your domain services via your domain name (eg. webmail.yourdomainname.com). There is an alternate method you can use to access your e-mail account, using the webmail system located at Creationstorm.

Simply utilize the following link in your web browser to reach the main webmail login for all Plesk hosted clients:

http://webmail.creationstorm.com/

Once you have reached the login screen, simply input the FULL email address of the account you wish to access in the "username" field (eg. username@domain.com). You will then input the password for that email address in the password field provided, and login!
