I'm using the FireFox 3.x web browser, and can't access my control panel
Solution When trying to reach the login page for your web-based control panel for your domain, you may receive the following error when using the Firefox 3.x web browser:

"(site name) uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for (site name). (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)"

This is a result of a change in the way the Firefox web browser handles self-signed SSL certificates, which are issued to your browser when accessing your control panel for Plesk. Please follow these steps to work around this issue:

1. On the warning page, click Or you can add an exception....

2. Click Add Exception.... The Add Security Exception dialog will appear.

3. Click Get Certificate.

4. Read the text describing the problems with this site.

5. Click Confirm Security Exception if you want to trust the site.
