| Due to a recent hardware failure, some changes have taken place on our hosting server. Currently, the most significant change customers will see is with email. |

| Emergency mail system maintenance has been completed, and email services have been restored. Clients still experiencing email issues are urged to submit a support ticket via the client portal. |

| Billing System Changes and Automatic Recurring Charges |

| This update is to inform clients that we will need to be making further changes to our billing system processes in order to address the issue we are having with automatic recurring billing for customers using credit cards. If you do not currently use a credit card to pay your hosting fees, you may disregard this information, as it will not affect you. |
